Its pipeline includes antibacterial agents to treat CDI, resistant Gram-positive infections such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus (VRE), and chronic infections such as nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) disease.
Crestone is a team of scientists with experience in the areas of synthetic organic chemistry, process chemistry, analytical chemistry, microbiology, cell biology, biochemistry, and pharmacology. We take a team-based approach to solving challenging problems and are passionate about making a real difference with our work.
